Item #7  Match custom brick pattern in driveway, with any additional project cost to be borne by the City, at 5614 South 42nd Street, Tax Key 667-8981, in street reconstruction area, Project 2005 #6

Item #9  City follow Municipal Code Section 9.02 and install sidewalks in all reconstruction projects and major maintenance projects
