9. 7:15 p.m.  Public hearing of the City’s intent to amend the Flood Insurance Rate Map/s #55079C0133E & #55079C0134E pursuant to FEMA Letter of Map Revision dated March 31, 2011 (Case #11-05-1089P).  The actual area involved pertains to a portion of the Root River floodway from West Cold Spring Road to a point just north/northwest of the intersection of West Brookside Drive and West Root River Parkway.

Item #3  Adopt an ordinance to repeal and re-create Section 7 of the Greenfield Municipal Code relating to Emergency Management

Item #4  Adopt an ordinance to repeal and re-create Section 3.12(8) of the Greenfield Municipal Code relating to license fees enumerated

Item #5  Adopt an ordinance to amend Section 19 of the Greenfield Municipal Code to define the term ‘public sign’

Item #6  Amend Section 13.03(10)(b) regarding hours of operation for Class A licensed premises

Item #7  Repeal Ordinance No. 2749 Section 8.04 of the Traffic Code, thereby removing the Handicap Loading Zone and installing a Handicap Parking Zone from the south end of the driveway to 15 feet south of the driveway, limited to 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at 3639 South 46th Place, Tax Key No. 555-1238
