Item #8   Approve an increase in the solid waste collection rate per individual unit with no change in service


Item #11  Approve waiver of stormwater utility fees for the Milwaukee County Parks Department and enter into an assignable stormwater easement

Item #4   Approve renewing agreement with Aurora Employee Assistance Program effective 1/1/13

11.            City Clerk’s Report:


a.  Resolution to temporarily move the voting room location at Whitnall High School (Wards 9-12) from the Community Board Room to the large gym for voting and to the boy’s team room for voter registration for the November 6, 2012 General Election pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 5.25(3)


b.  Resolution appointing additional Election Inspectors for 2012-2013

Note:  Notification required per January 18, 2011 Council action.


15.                        Adopt ordinance amending Section 12.12 of the Municipal Code establishing the 2013 Solid Waste disposal rate  (DNS)


16.     Council to go into closed session, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) for the following: 


Consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, specifically, terms and conditions of employment contract to Part-Time City Engineer candidate


17.     Adjourn closed session and reconvene into open session


18.     Discussion and decision to fill Part-Time City Engineer position, and authorize Mayor to execute the appropriate Employment Agreement


19.            Discussion and decision regarding residency requirements of Part-Time and Full-Time non-emergency service, exempt employees and/or the specific waiver of said requirement(s) for a Part-Time City Engineer candidate
