Police and Fire Commission Meeting

AGENDA FOR THE SPECIAL GREENFIELD POLICE & FIRE COMMISSION MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE ROOM AT THE GREENFIELD LAW ENFORCEMENT CENTER, 5300 WEST LAYTON AVENUE, GREENFIELD, ON MONDAY,  AUGUST 6, 2012 AT 6 P.M.

1.     Call to order

2.     Roll call

3.     Discussion/Decision regarding interview procedures

4.     Commission to go into closed session pursuant to Statute 19.85 (1) (c) (e) (f) of the Wisconsin State Statutes. Specifically: (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. (f) Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.

The Commission will conduct oral interviews at the times listed for the following entry level

      Police Officer applicants:

• 6:10 P.M. – Robert J. Kobleska
• 6:50 P.M. – Jonah P. Kowalkowski
• 7:30 P.M. – John J. Lucas
• 8:10 P.M. – Eric S Nofsinger

5.      Commission to adjourn closed session and reconvene into open session

6.      Discussion/Possible decision regarding oral interviews conducted in closed session

7.     The next scheduled meeting of the Greenfield Police & Fire Commission will be a special meeting held in the administrative conference room at the Greenfield Law Enforcement Center, 5300 West Layton Avenue, Greenfield on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 6 P.M.

8.      Adjournment
