More Recall-Related Incidents Reported in Greenfield

This week, Greenfield NOW is reporting the Greenfield Police Department has fielded several recall-related calls, including one from the owner Layton Plaza, 7515 W. Layton Ave., who was upset that petitioners have been manning the corner of 76th Street and Layton Avenue, where the plaza is located, almost daily.
The story also indicates at least one case of verbal abuse, one citizen concerned about petitioners on private property and one incident of a van swerving at person collecting signatures.

Police Chief Brad Wentlandt told Patch his department had taken 5-10 calls, mostly complaints about petitioners standing roadside.
