It’s the holidays — time to pull out all the stops and “wow” your family and friends with a festive meal they will never forget. Tonight’s menu includes: Pork Crown Roast with Wisconsin Brat & Apricot Stuffing, Roasted Garlic Squash with Crispy Sage and Brown Butter and Milk Chocolate-Caramel Tart with Hazelnuts & Espresso.
