A. The School Board may discuss and consider the evaluation of the Superintendent and the Central Office Administrators pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) and (f), Wis. Stats.

B. The School Board may discuss and consider information regarding staff members pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) and (f), of which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the persons referred to in such information.

C.    The School Board may confer with legal counsel with respect to litigation for which the Board is or is likely to become involved pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(g), Wis. Stats.
