A.    The School Board may confer with legal counsel with respect to litigation with a specific employee for which the Board is or is likely to become involved pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(g), Wis. Stats.
B.    The School Board may confer with legal counsel about the appropriate response to an Open Records request by a school board member pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(g), Wis. Stats.
C.    The School Board may discuss and consider the evaluation of the Superintendent and the Cabinet-Level Administrators pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) and (f), Wis. Stats.
