Do you ever wonder how hundreds or thousands of letters or other documents are individually customized with names, addresses and other information?  Learn how the Word mail merge feature can be used to quickly and accurately accomplish this by taking this class!

Hands-on experience includes:

  • Learning about the mail merge process
  • Selecting a main document
  • Creating a data source
  • Inserting mail merge fields into a document
  • Editing a main document
  • Previewing and printing the mail merge

Note: Students must have a working knowledge of Windows and experience using the basic functions of Microsoft Word.
