The Greenfield School Board is expected to introduce the district's new superintendent Monday at its regularly scheduled board meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday.

The finalists are Nicolet administrator Lisa Elliott and Lynette Zimmer, a superintendent in Illinois, both of whom impressed School Board members during two rounds of interviews.

The new superintendent is not expected to formerly start, however, until July 1.

In addition, the Board is expected to discuss a preliminary review of a purchase offer for the sale of the Chapman property.

The offer, according to a memo posted online, is from the Salvation Army, which intends to renovate and use the facility that is currently on the property for a core community center, church and recreational purposes.

The offer was received April 4.
