Whitnall Boys Basketball Team Clinches Woodland Conference Title

Whitnall moves to 14-2 in the league with a 57-46 win over Eisenhower on Friday.

With a chance to clinch the Woodland Conference title outright at stake, the Whitnall Falcons used a big third-quarter run en route to a 57-46 win over visiting New Berlin Eisenhower on Friday.

Whitnall improved to 14-2 in league play, while Eisenhower dropped to 12-4 with one conference contest remaining.

The Lions never led, but kept the Falcons' lead to five points or during the first half. Whitnall's quick, aggressive defense was too much for Eisenhower as the Falcons led by as many as 10 points late in the third quarter.
