  • Whiz Kids' Key to Awesomeness: It normally takes a high school cast and crew 6-8 weeks to get everything together for a performance, but the Greenfield High School's team managed to pull off three shows of The Importance of Being Earnest in just 3 1/2. Auditions took place in early March. The play told the story of Algernon, played by Connor Zimmerman, and Jack, played by Haas, who are friends who both rely on the alternate identity of “Earnest Worthing.”  When the women to whom they are engaged, played by Voelker and Sandra Polakowski, meet and discuss the men, they mistakenly believe that they are engaged to the same man.
