Whitnal Rolls Over Eisenhower, Will Play Again Tonight

Falcons pull away in second half for 54-46 victory and will play in regional final against Pewaukee on Saturday.

The Whitnall boys basketball advanced to WIAA Division 2 regional final with its third win this season against New Berlin Eisenhower, this one a 54-46 victory in a regional semifinal at home Friday.

Danny Weymier scored a game-high 22 points for the Falcons and Stephen Pelkofer chipped in 10 as Whitnall won its fourth straight game and improved to 16-7.

The Falcons play Pewaukee (17-7) at 7 p.m. tonight at Waukesha West. Whitnall defeated Pewaukee, 51-45, Jan. 11.
