Skunk Trouble

I read that there has been a possable sighting of a "cougar" in Franklin...

My question is: what can one do to get rid of unwanted animals on your property? 

What can I, a Greenfield citizen, do about a skunk living under a shed on our property? (within the city limits of Greenfield)

Also, what can we legally do about the coyote that seems to be hanging out in our neighborhood?

Now, if we could get the coyote to eat the skunk, and the cougar to eat the coyote, then I'll come back to you to ask you how to get rid of the cougar...
