Greenfield firefighters are at the corner of 76th Street and Layton Avenue Wednesday, Thursday and Friday asking commuters to "Fill the Boot" for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
The Greenfield firefighters race to collect $40,000 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association began in earnest Wednesday morning as at least a dozen members of the Greenfield Fire Department .
Firefighters will be at the intersection of 76th Street and Layton Avenue until 4 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and Friday. Swing by, drop in a few bucks and help them Fill the Boot!
