Quality Poor to fair
On 11/20/12 I took 5 pieces of clothes into cleaners. I was quoted at $8.93, when I picked my clothes up they changed one of my shirts from cleaned to launder and changed the price to 13.22. The Asian lady then called the owner and I asked her how could she change the price without asking me....she said "oh well." The money wasn't the issue, it was if u are going to change the price call me and see if I want to pay that. And this is the second time they have done this in 3 weeks tell everyone to go across the street the shirts are $1.50
