Salesman, Bill, will really work with you to find the righ...t products that will work for you and your needs, all within your budget. Randi will swing by to say hello and make sure life is good and you and happy! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make sure we received a really good deal on all of our purchases. We highly recommend you visit the showroom, highly recommend Bill but I'm sure any one of the staff members will treat you well (Randi will make sure of it) and don't forget your wooden yardstick! Our shopping experience at Biltrite was the best we have had. The entire sales staff was friendly and very knowledgable. Our sales person, Lee paid special attention our needs, and was very patient with us as we made our decision to purchase a love seat and end table. We received excellent customer service from the office staff who expedited our order so we received before Christmas! And lastly, the delivery people did an outstanding job of setting everything up for us. We will be buying all our furniture from Biltrite in the future.

I've purchased a split box spring when I first moved back to WI and that was in 2008; it's still going strong!!

In 2011, while I was pregnant, I purchased 2 dressers for my son's room. I went there because I wanted my son to have a bedroom set that would hold up for a very long time. I could have gotten stuff from Kmart. Also, in 2012, I purchased a black "modern" entertainment center. Then just last weekend I needed a dresser set. So, I bought myself a black "modern" style dresser set; it came with 2 dressers (1 w/ a mirror) and a nightstand. I also went back a few days later and bought a new bed frame that would fit better with my new headboard that was also part of my bedroom set.Also, in the same weekend, I bought a swivel glider chair for my son's room and I love it!

I've had nothing but amazing people help, great prices (it's the quality (all the stuff I bought was American made,) and all of my questions answered.

On a side note, my parents have also purchased many furniture pieces as well, that's who told me to go there back in 2008.

We like to think we are smart consumers: we research products, shop around, compare prices and take our time. When we needed new living room furniture, we did just that. After months of searching, we found ourselves at Biltrite where we had purchased furniture more than 30 years ago. Even though we felt pretty knowledgeable about furniture after all those months of shopping, the people at BiltRite told us even more. They provided us with good advice and explained the differences in quality for the items we were interested in. Alex, an Interior Design major from Mount Mary College working at BiltRite as an intern, came to our house to see what colors and style we used in adjacent rooms; she drew up several possible arrangements for the living room. At the store, she and Randi helped us decide on the items we wanted and then find fabric that would clean easily and wear well. We purchased a couch and two recliners and these special-order items were here in only four weeks. We’ve gone back to the store now for living room tables and found a great selection and good advice. Randi gave us the manufacturer’s catalog to browse through all our options before making a decision. We are very pleased with the service and quality of products at BiltRite. We will recommend BiltRite to family and friends.

My experience at Biltrite was positive from start to finish. The customer service from sales to financing to delivery was excellent. I am completely satisfied with the look and quality of the sofa I purchased and will definitely return to Biltrite for future purchases.

Excellent customer service from sales to finance to delivery. I had 2 separate deliveries and both were with friendly, respectable and helpful delivery staff. I purchased a leather chair slider and leather couch with 2 recycliners, heat and back massager and a life style bed with head & feet elevation. All of it being excellent furniture at very good price. After this purchase, I went back to purchase a desk at a very good price. It was out of stock, so I ordered it. I was told that the wait would be 4 weeks, it came in less than 2 weeks.

We have nothing but compliments for the business and associates who work there. We have purchased a bedroom set, occasional table, and now a recliner. We love that store!
