This place has awful customer service. Bala who was handling the process to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle never introduced himself. I saw his name plate on his desk when I pulled in for the paperwork before I found out. The process was long and it took 7 hours before I received an initial call, only to say they couldn't figure it out what was causing the shaking. I have done all the services at this dealership and most recently my 60,000 mile check. It wasn't until the evening that they said the problem was the transmission and good thing it was under warranty. I was told they had to keep my car over the weekend because they had ordered the part. Then, Monday I receive a call saying, there is a change of plan that it was no longer the tranny that is was the engine mount. Where do they come up with that?? I don't really know much about cars, but if pictures were sent of my tranny to Honda Care and service was approved for it, then honda care or the dealership must've found good reason why it should be replaced. My car is still under warranty and I'm pretty sure it's much easier to replace a mount than a tranny... The original problem was the constant shaking only while reversing as if the emergency breaks were on and once it's on drive it stopped. I think if my car wasn't under warranty they would've replaced the tranny because I would be paying out of pocket.
