I give it a D for food and an F for customer service! I went there for Fater's Day with my dad. I ordered eggs over medium well and they were barely over easy; I asked for fruit instead of hashbrowns and was told it was a 99-.cent charge; asked about raisin toast and it came out burned. When I asked for the bill there was a charge for the toast which I wasn't told about. The server grudgingly removed the charge. My final refill of coffeewas full of grounds! When I mentioned it to the woman and the cash register she blew it off and said "It's not that bad."
When I responded with "Then you drink it." she got mad at me and started arguing with me instead of properly calling the manager. Needless to say she refused to remove the charge.
I went home, thought about it and called back for the manager. He was very rsponsive and offered a gift certificate. When I went back the same woman withheld the certificate until I demanded it. Then I gave it back a hi and walked out vowing never to return.
DON'T GO THERE IF YOU ENJOY DINING OUT!

Terrible, first we were seated at a table that had no waitress untill one was told to take our table 10 minutes later. 94 degrees outside and never received any water, had to ask for it. Finally got to place our order the waitress wrote everything down. She came back with our drinks and didn't know if we ordered soup or salad. We ordered the waffle fry nacho's, which in the past were to die for. The waitress came back with 2 rolls in a basket and said she had placed our order for chili cheese frys. We finally got our appettizer and got a plate of frys with some taco meat in clumps in a couple places and one section had melted cheese. The worst was the tomatoes were cut to the size you would use for a salad. Then came the dinners, I ordered a tuna salad croissant, it was unedible first it had no seasoning or garnish, but the worst was the horrible tuna. We use to eat there alot, never again.
