I reserved chairs from this horrific company for an outdoor wedding ceremony. They arrived at the incorrect time. When I called for a refund, they claimed my contract had a different time although I was reading from the contract that had my understood time on it. I was speaking with Dave, the manager, who was EXTREMELY RUDE, and I had to ask to his supervisor that he claimed he did not have. I called a couple days later to find out there was Jim, the owner. I had to physically go in there to show them my contract only to be offered a partial refund. Although it was their mistake, they did not even offer an apology and Jim thought it was appropriate to lecture me about being responsible and calling to confirm. I called and confirmed weeks earlier. Stay far, far away from this awful company. I feel like I was robbed.
