Great game!!! But Hawks need to work on the defense. Defense was struggling in the homecoming game,Read More which was not such an issue in the previous games. If the Hawks want to beat the South Milw. Rockets this next Friday, the defense has to step it up. The homecoming game was way too close. Come on Hawks.........you can do this!!! GO HAWKS GO!!!!! :)
GreenfieldParent September 27, 2013 at 07:18 am
If the Hawks are going to win, they need a coach who knows how to pass it in the right situations.

This is a personal decision. As long as one does not force their 'thing' on another, it is fine. IfRead More you have a neighbor who likes to blast music at all hours, they are forcing their 'thing' on you. That is always wrong. The decision of whether to let your child play football rests with the family.
Whitnall Falcons football coach Jeff Wallack is entering his second year with the Falcons.
Jeff H August 27, 2013 at 02:02 pm
Good luck to Falcons football but Jeff Wallack is an Epic Jerk. A guy who stands out on the fieldRead More during pracice and "motivates" his players by slinging insults and disparaging comments about other WHS varsity athletes. This is the kind of silly, low rent idiocy that we have to endure in the modern era. He brilliantly coached his team to a crushing loss in his first game. Coach, worry about the quality of play in your program and shut the heck up about other athletes and programs.
Former Player September 5, 2013 at 09:19 pm
Crushing loss? First game as head coach he beat New Berlin Ike 36-28. Whitnall had beaten Ike 1 timeRead More in 10 years. Also starting an off-season lifting program for ALL athletes in the Whitnall athletic program helping to improve all athletes within the school. As a former player i find it funny how you can say so much yet you were never actually there so i wonder how you know about practices. Oh by the way Defending Woodland Conference Champs in Jeff Wallack's first year. Haters gon Hate.
Jeff H September 6, 2013 at 07:31 am
The focus of the article is the 2013 season so 'first game" refers to the first game of thisRead More season. As a former player if you want to know what was said ask the guys on the current team though based on the fact that he pulled the same thing last year I suspect you already know.

David Cotey August 16, 2013 at 07:54 am
Sorry Cheetahita. Had to take screen shots and attach them. I can email you a copy of either if youRead More wish. Email David.Cotey@patch.com.

Since Patch went to the "Moon" it has been too complex for the Seniors to be involved.
Sarah Worthman August 8, 2013 at 02:33 pm
Hi, Dick - if you, or someone you know, wants to contribute but needs a hand, I'd be happy to meetRead More personally. Just let me know :) sarah.worthman@patch.com

But the team still sucks so the $10 dollar voucher wouldn't do much to get me to a game.
Mark Morrill August 5, 2013 at 11:17 pm
Were done for the year. The smile Braun had when he took a picture we paid $25 for it irritates meRead More knowing he was lying to us fans... Its usually cheaper getting tickets not from the Brewers. So the voucher wont get us in anyways.... Go Gomez!

Baseball and its Player Union are late to the dance in correcting the PED / Steroid scandals. SomeRead More Players want to get beyond this forever dragging story. But reality is the testing will always be behind the new drugs. The drugs now get through a players system pretty fast. The cat is out of the bag and as track and field , cycling and practically all sports reveal time and time again = Players will take the any edge to win the rewards of dominating or highly improved performance. I don't see that changing anytime soon.
