Greenfield man faces up to nine years in prison if convicted of dealing heroin, according to a criminal complaint.
A 21-year-old Greenfield man faces up to nine years in prison if convicted of delivering heroin in the Brookfield Square Mall parking lot. Robert M. Conrey was charged Tuesday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with delivering heroin and maintaining a drug trafficking place. According to the criminal complaint: Conrey sold .09 grams of heroin for $100 to a informant working with the Waukesha County Metro Drug Unit in the mall parking lot. Authorities were also aware that Conrey conducted two drug deals in Greenfield on May 23 and July 29 while under police surveillance. A Milwaukee man is facing charges after he was caught with marijuana in his car in Greenfield, which he was planning to sell. Tyler P. Neal, 19, was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on Tuesday with one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. If convicted, he faces up to 3 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 5:15 p.m. Saturday, Neal was pulled over by a Greenfield police officer in the 5100 block of South 27th Street for a plate violation. The officer was allowed to search Neal's car and found a bag of marijuana. A Mukwonago man faces drug charges after he sold Oxycodone to a police informant at a Greenfield gas station.
A 28-year-old Mukwonago man is facing charges after he was caught selling prescription pills to an informant working with Greenfield police. Allen M. Nero was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on Saturday with one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of felony bail jumping. If convicted, he faces up to 21 years in prison and $60,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On March 27 a police informant set up a deal with Nero where he agreed to sell the informant five Oxycodone pills at a gas station in the 12300 block of West Layton Avenue.
