Store opens Oct. 27.
H&M in Southridge Mall will be open for shopping on Oct. 27. Mary Mokwa, the new Southridge Mall manager, said that H&M management told her that there are about 300 people lined for their grand openings. The new 17,000-square-foot H&M is part of a $52 million mall renovation as the mall works to attract other stores. Macy's should be done and ready for customers by March 2012. H&M sells fashion, cosmetics and accessories for women, men, teens and children and is popular with young adults. H&M occupies a two story store in Bayshore Mall in Glendale and one-story store in Brookfield Square.
Sarku Japan is expected to be serving by this Fall.
New restaurant is coming to the Southridge food court. Sarku Japan has over 200 restaurants in 37 states. The restaurant is expected to start serving by this Fall. The renovation of the food court is part of a bigger $52 million dollar renovation of the mall. What else is new in Southridge Mall in Greendale? Also opening its doors in the mall is H&M and Macy's. Other stores that have renovated are Lane Bryant, Kay Jewelers, Kohls, Vanity and Wet Seal. Boston Store plans to do a $8.5 million renovation by Spring.
