Sports-Themed Men's Haircut Shop Opens on 76th Street
Lady Jane’s, 4975 S. 76th St., opened Monday across the parking lot shared by Barnes & Noble in what used to be a second-hand media exchange store.
With sports memorabilia covering the walls, leather recliners in the lobby, beautiful women greeting you at the door and 12 HDTVs tuned to sports, sports and more sports, Lady Jane’s Haircuts for Men looks more like a sports bar. And though you can’t down a cold one, Lady Jane’s still makes for a perfect “man cave,” one in which you just so happen can get your hair cut. I took my son to Lady Jane's on Tuesday. Since he has thick, curly hair, we were reluctant to try a new shop four days before Homecoming. The $10.00 price was a definite lure. We added a "Invigorating wash". I definitely got a bargain and my son got a great haircut with an invigorating wash which is always a treat. We were very pleased with the way his hair cut turned out.
