Proposal Would Bring Panda Express to Greendale
The Board of Trustees is set to discuss a proposed Panda Express at the former Leath Furniture site.
The Greendale Board of Trustees will be discussing a proposed Panda Express to be built at the old Leath Furniture building on 76th Street at Tuesday night's meeting. As reported earlier by Patch, the Greendale Board of Trustees approved allowing Sears to split off the property that Leath Furniture previously occupied from the main Southridge Mall site. The village hoped that might make the propertymore attractive to buyers. While the Panda Express proposal will be on the agenda, it is likely the board will refer the matter to the planning commission.
