Franklin Man Allegedly Tries to Punch Greenfield Cop

A 35-year-old Franklin man is facing charges after he allegedly tried to punch a Greenfield police officer trying to take him into custody. Juan C. Medina was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Thursday with one count of resisting an officer. If convicted, he faces up to nine months in prison and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On July 23, a Greenfield police officer was investigating a case of child neglect and he went to Medina’s apartment in the 6300 block of South 35th Street because he was a person of interest in the case.
