A 60-year-old Greenfield man is accused of his fifth drunk driving offense after being stopped by West Allis police Sunday evening. Joe Domacinovich was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on Tuesday with one count of fifth offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to three years in prison and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 9:15 p.m. Sunday, a driver called the West Allis Police Department after he saw Domacinovich driving a car without its lights on. A 27-year-old Greenfield man is accused of driving drunk through Greendale in November. Matthew H. Adkins was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of second offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to six months in jail and $1,100 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 12:48 a.m. Nov. 17, a Greendale police officer pulled Adkins over near South 76th Street and West Grange Avenue after he spotted him driving a pickup truck with a suspended registration. The officer noticed Adkin’s breath smelled of alcohol and he had slurred speech. Adkins then failed field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol level of 0.12.
