Man Accused of Repeated Sexual Assault of a Disabled Woman

A Greenfield woman with cerebral palsy told police she was repeatedly—and brutally—sexually assaulted by a Milwaukee man. Kahlil A. Jaber, 43, is charged with second-degree sexual assault and battery-domestic abuse. If convicted, he faces nearly 26 years in prison and $110,000 in fines. The Greenfield woman—who knew Jaber, according to the criminal complaint—says he whipped her with an extension cord and used objects to sexually assault her.
