Bob – If you want to have some fun, I think we could arrange a debate. I have enjoyed and respected your comments for many months, and I think we could entertain and enlighten some other folks on subjects other than Girl Scout cookies in a lively but respectful give and take. Let me know.

Looks like you got your Multiple Political Personality disorder resolved,Bob(s). Do you think it was the dose of Lyle or our concrete shoe salesman friend, Mr Hoffa?

Bob; I am having some extensive tests done that had to be scheduled months in advance. Tuesdays are bad in as much as I don't have access to a car and I won't know until the tests are finished if I'll have a chance to catch the bus and make it to the demonstration.

Bob: At 2 p.m. today, Patch is doing something new -- we're going to have a "real-time" community forum on issues pertaining to the community.
Since you're a frequent commenter, I'd like to personally invite you to contribute to the conversation by going to one of our North Shore Patch sites between 2 and 4 today.
Thanks!

Bob,

I'll take on your challenge, but we have to have some ground rules.
1. We do it through exchanges via e-mail
2. You also submit your action plan for correcting problems
3. We only address one issue at a time
Best regards,
Lyle

Bob,

Google: nlrb boeing.

there is a series of articles posted.

Also it you want the AMI positions go to AMI 751, they have a full video on the actual complaint.

Bob, I received an email that you responded to my comment on Gov. Walker's radio address but did not see it with the article, so you must have deleted it.

>>"If a business state's they're losing money and lays people off in order to keep the doors open, how do you handle that, Robert? How do you even determine that without a full-blown audit of their financials? How much is that going to cost taxpayers? Or do we just go ahead and raise their rates and leave the burden of proof to them, essentially creating another policy that heaps more burden on companies struggling as it is? Simple ideas are nice. They're just not always as simple as they seem"<<

The response to your comment is again simple. There is no burden of proof. If a business is making no money, it pays no taxes. Taxes are paid only on profits.

If the business made a profit and achieved that profit by laying off workers, it has caused damage to society and there is nothing unfair by requiring it to reimburse society for that damage through marginally increased taxes.

Also, taxes are at historic post-war lows, so even a marginal increase in your hypothetical employer's tax rates would have minimal impact. It still would be profitable.

Bob, I had no idea that Adam used my picture or my name. He didn't ask my permission for either. I apologize for assuming that you were being a jerk.

Bob,

I find the information you provided as very disturbing. Have the firms you mentioned had to hire private security to provide a safe work environment? I am assuming the police are aware of the situation, have they proposed anything to alleviate the situation?
