ReplyHis choice to resign, why take our children's educational money that our district needs. You can see this is his own financial gain. Wake up people he has been a disappointment and still remains a disappointment by hitting us where it hurts most by the taxpayers wallets and hurting the children (what else will be cut to make up for this payout). Those who praise him maybe you should pay the $80,000. What a complete disappointment for Greenfield School District.

ReplyFarner is a very, very intimidating man; in my opinion he should have never been recontracted in our school district. If you ask other districts they would not employ him even with a doctorial degree....thats right he doesn't have one!

ReplyMy question to Pam or any individual that had a business; would you be concerned if you had a line of people resigning may it be five or 16 wouldn't you question why, what is wrong with my business, how much money will it take to train new employees, what do I tell my customers (in this instance it would be the taxpayers). Looks like a business problem to me!

ReplyLet me see; YES. Had a relative who parked vehicle on street. After bars man with history of DUI hits her car...someone sees it calls cops, cops locate him, and he is arrested. Property damage was estimated at $2,500 to car (remind you she is in bed sleeping when this happens). She goes to court two times finds out that he has a DUI history and judge says stand in line to get paid as he has other property damage and fines to pay before they get to her. Ten years later no money! I think the laws in Wisconsin are too laxed that is why we have soooooo much trouble. LAWS are LAWS (sounds like a good bumper sticker) including driving without licenses and insurance but that is a whole other issue that should be enforced!

Those who commended Conrad for his works....I hope you read this article! It seems the truth is finally coming out about his true unprofessionalism, character, leadership, etc. I am happy to hear that Dr. Birchbauer is back and assisting the school district.
