Hairy Situation a Result of Customer Dissatisfaction

A mother said the $3,000 she spent on her daughter's facial hair removal was not working, and she wasn't happy with the employees' reaction when she brought her issues to them.

A mother of a patient of Ideal Image, 7426 W. Holmes Ave., was advised by police not to return to the business after employees said she made threats against other employees after complaining about facial hair removal treatment that she said wasn’t working May 25.

The woman said she was upset about the employees’ attitude after spending $3,000 at the business. She said one of the employees rolled her eyes and smirked at another employee and the mother told her not to do that or she would slap her.

That and the following incidents were reported in the Greenfield Police Department log for the week of May 20-27.
