Planning Commission Meeting

AGENDA FOR THE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING TO BE HELD AT THE GREENFIELD CITY HALL IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS, ROOM 100, ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2012  AT 6:30 P.M.

1. The meeting called to order and roll call.

2. Approval of the August 14, 2012 Regular Meeting minutes.

3. Discussion regarding the Common Council meeting held on August 21.

4. Joshua and Eryn Hassemer, 5555 S. 43rd Street, 53220 requests a Certified Survey Map to combine an adjacent vacant lot they just purchased with their existing parcel at this location, Tax Key #666-8993-001 and 666-8994.

5. Phuoc Hau Buddhist Temple of Milwaukee, Ltd., 1575 W. Oklahoma Ave., Milwaukee 53215, requests a Conceptual Project Review for a proposed 8,100 s.f. church building on a 1.5 acre area which represents a combination of the approx. one acre they own @ 44th and Edgerton, and the adjacent .5 acre of the 44th Street right-of-way which assumes for the purposes of this conceptual submittal, the possibility of a future ‘vacation’ of this street right-of-way.  Tax Key #620-9918.
