Police and Fire Commission Meeting

AGENDA FOR THE GREENFIELD POLICE & FIRE COMMISSION MEETING TO BE HELD AT THE LAW ENFORCEMENT CENTER, Court Room – 5300 West Layton Avenue, Greenfield, on Monday,  April 9,  2012 AT 6 P.M.

1.     Call to order

2.     Roll call

3.     Discussion/Decision to approve the Police & Fire Commission meeting minutes for the meeting held on March 12, 2012.

4.     Greenfield Police Department reports (Chief Wentlandt).

5.     Greenfield Fire Department reports (Chief Cohn).

6.     Commission to go into closed session pursuant to Statute 19.85 (1) (c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes. Specifically:  (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

A.  Chief Wentlandt will provide details regarding the recent resignation of a Police Officer.

7.     Commission to adjourn closed session and reconvene into open session.

8.     Commission reports.

9.     Discussion/Decision related to Police & Fire Commission’s Rules and Regulations (Commissioner Selin). The Commission will discuss possible changes to the process of creating, modifying, and abolishing the departmental eligibility lists.

10.  Discussion/Decision to approve payment of invoice no. 101893676 from Concentra in the amount of $303.00.

11.  New items for placement on the next agenda.

12.  The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Police and Fire Commission shall be held at 6:00 p.m. in the court room of the Law Enforcement Center at 5300 West Layton Avenue on Monday, May 14, 2012.

13.  Adjournment.
