You are hereby notified that a special meeting of the Common Council has been called by Mayor Neitzke to be held Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, Room 100, of the Greenfield City Hall located at 7325 West Forest Home Avenue, for the following:

Item #3  Discussion and decision regarding Utility and Street Improvements, and associated special assessments, in installation of storm sewer, storm sewer service laterals, sanitary sewer service laterals, water main, water service laterals, concrete driveway approaches, concrete or asphalt driveway replacement, concrete service walks, concrete curb/gutter, and concrete or bituminous concrete (asphalt) pavement, in the area of South 99th Street, South Shady Lane Court, West Waterford Avenue, West Norwich Avenue; West Pallottine Drive, South 109th Street, West Saint Francis Avenue, and South 111th Street, Project 2009 #21

5.   GD Classic Inc., Gina L. Daroszewski, Agt., requests an extension of her Combination “Class B” Beer & Liquor License and Entertainment License to the parking lot for a car and bike show fundraising event, with a band, for Shar Pei Savers, Inc. on Saturday, June 23, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 5404 West Layton Ave.  (Classic Lanes)

6. Application for a 2011-2012 Dry Cleaning and/or Washing Machine License received from NSCL, Inc., Anthony J. D’Amato, Mgr., for the property located at 2750 West Grange Avenue  (Maytag Coin Laundry)

7.   Discussion and decision to accept the lowest responsible bid and award a contract to Stark Asphalt for the RM-1 street repair, Project 2012 #5  (Sokol)

8.   Discussion and decision to accept the lowest responsible bid and award a contract to LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for the KA-3 street reconstruction, Project 2009 #21, in the amount of $1,247,189.45  (Sokol)

9.              Engineering Division Report:

Adopt Final Resolution for the utility and street construction and associated special assessment in the area of South 99th Street, South Shady Lane Court, West Waterford Avenue, West Norwich Avenue, West Pallottine Drive, South 109th Street, West St. Francis Avenue, and South 111th Street, Project 2009 #21 

10.   City Attorney’s Report:

a.  Common Council to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(g) for the following:

Confer with legal counsel with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved in as it relates to Aspen Trace Development

b.  Adjourn closed session and reconvene into open session

c.  Decision with respect to litigation in which the City is or is likely to become involved as it relates to Aspen Trace Development
