Special Plan Commission Meeting

AGENDA FOR A SPECIAL PLAN COMMISSION MEETING TO BE HELD AT THE GREENFIELD CITY HALL IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS, ROOM 100, ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2012  AT 6:30 P.M.

1. The meeting called to order and roll call.

2. Pastor Mark Weigt, Ridge Community Church, 2626 S. 162nd Street, New Berlin 53151, requests a  Site/Building/Landscaping Review for proposed exterior changes to the existing Walmart building and site at 4500 S. 108th Street as a follow-up to the approved rezoning and Land Use Plan change of this parcel on 7/17/12.   Key #608-9995-009.

3. Pastor Mark Weigt, Ridge Community Church, 2626 S. 162nd Street, New Berlin 53151 and Walmart, represented by Atty. Deborah Tomczyk of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C., PO Box 2965, Milwaukee 53201-2965 jointly request an approval of a Parking Easement to allow an additional 15 – 25 stalls on the south side of the existing Walmart building at 4500 S. 108th Street to be made available to the Ridge for parking at its Sunday morning worship services.  Key #608-9995-009 & 608-9995-010.
