Glenwood Arts' Night Brings Parents, Children Together

Students worked with their parents, along with representatives from the Milwaukee Art Museum on projects they were able to take home.

Scores of parents were invited to Glenwood Elementary School to see their children's work on display in a gallery for the school's Arts' Night on Tuesday.

The gallery was the results of the school's art teacher, Kristen Kieckhaefer, principal Dan Carr said.

In addition, representatives from the Milwaukee Art Museum, through a program sponsored by Kohl's, were on hand to lead parents and students alike through three art projects. Parents and students got a chance to work together on projects and take them home.
