Health Department Offering School-Age Immunization Clinic

The clinic is slated just in time for the start of the 2012-13 school year and will be held at the Health Department in City Hall, 7325 W. Forest Home Ave., from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 23.

The Greenfield Health Department is offering a school-age immunization clinic just in time for the start of the 2012-13 school year.

The clinic will be held at the Health Department in , 7325 W. Forest Home Ave., from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 23.

The Health Department will offer all the required vaccines for children entering K4 through 12. The meningococcal (meningitis) and HPV vaccines, which are recommended for adolescents but not required, will also be available.

The cost is $10 per client visit, but no child will be turned away for inability to pay.
