Whitnall Homecoming Weekend

Whitnall's homecoming weekend is finally here!

Come show your support for the school and the varsity football team at a series of events Friday, starting with a parade at 1 p.m.

The parade participants will leave Hales Corners Elementary, 11319 West Godsell Ave., Hales Corners, at 1 p.m., head north on 116th Street and arrive at at 2 p.m. At that time, there will be a pep rally in the school's gymnasium.

At 7 p.m., the Whitnall Falcons varsity football team will play host to the South Milwaukee Rockets. The Falcons must win one of their final two games to qualify for the WIAA playoffs.

Pre-game festivities include the announcement of the homecoming court and presentation of the floats, and at halftime of the game, the Whitnall High School band, dance team and cheerleaders will perform.

There will be fireworks following the game.

Saturday's activities include court pictures at 6:30 p.m. in the high school gym and the dance from 7-10:30 p.m.
