Packers Fans Advised to Leave Extra Time Sunday

Many road projects have concluded but motorists should still expect delays.

If you're heading to Lambeau Field on Sunday to see the Green Bay Packers take on the Minnesota Vikings in a key NFC showdown, be prepared to give yourself some extra time so you don't miss the opening noon kickoff.

According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), some road construction continues on major roads in northeast Wisconsin. And while most projects have concluded for the year, drivers might still encounter road conditions in some remaining work zones that could cause backups.

WisDOT strongly recommends motorists allow themselves additional time while traveling this weekend.
