Whitnall Wins Football Opener; Greenfield Shut Out by Pewaukee

The Falcons were successful in Jeff Wallack's debut as coach, beating host New Berlin Eisenhower, 36-28, Friday.

The Whitnall Falcons wasted no time cranking up the excitement level on their 2012 campaign.

With Jeff Wallack making his debut as head coach, the Falcons opened the campaign with a thrilling 36-28 win over host New Berlin Eisenhower, a rare victory for the Falcons over the Lions.

The Greenfield Hustlin' Hawks, however, were unable to duplicate the success they had over the Pewaukee Pirates in 2011 and lost to this year's version, 27-0, at home Friday.
